Origin of Life: How did the first biological molecules spontaneously assemble to form the precursors of life? We use microfluidic systems to recreate and study these processes in thousands of parallel reactions.

Evolutionary biology: Studying the mechanisms of large-scale molecular evolution to understand how systems adapt and acquire new functions.
Ongoing funded projects: ANR MAP-CHIP (2024-2027), PEPR MIE Flu-PREDICT (2026-2029).

Immunotherapy: Develop high-throughput single-cell analysis platforms.

The success of our researches have led to the publication of more than 130 scientific articles and the creation of 6 start-ups: HiFiBiO Therapeutics, Design Pharmaceuticals, Cyprio, Minos Biosciences et Brink Therapeutics.
